Summer 2009 Sales Meeting Hailed By Attendees As The Best Meeting In Company History
Monkey Island, OK. Thomas & Associates Summer Sales Meeting was held July 15-17, 2009 at the rustic Woody Crest Lodge on beautiful Monkey Island, Oklahoma. According to the results of a post meeting survey, this meeting was rated as “the best meeting ever” in the history of the company. Bev Keen from The Outlook Group, Inc. gave us a step-by-step advance training program on Funeral Service Follow Up. Now we can all be more successful implementing our Family Service Follow-Up programs. Jackie Hartman, Steve Paris, and Sheryl Zuker showed true grit in their presentations and cooking abilities. David Thomas took frying fish to a new level at a delightful fish dry at the Thomas lakefront home. Sue Dehart, Connie Rhodes, and Jackie Hartman qualified with number of contracts to draw for an additional volume to be counted toward October’s Flat Screen TV Contest. Good Luck Ladies! We welcomed Thomas & Associates’ CPA, Ann Willey, with questions regarding everyone’s personal taxes. We know what we can legally take as deductions, what we can’t take, and what we need to do in the future. It was a very informative hour. Plans are underway for the always popular January 2010 sales meeting.

THOMAS AND ASSOCIATES ATTEND 2009 LEADERS CONFERENCE
Thomas and Associates was well represented at the Homesteaders Life Company 2009 Leaders Conference at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Waikoloa, Hawaii March 10-14, 2009. Company founders David and Margaret Thomas along with managers, Steve Paris, Sheryl Zuker and sales qualifier Jackie Hartman attended the world-class national conference. The highlight of the conference, next to the sun and warm weather, was Mr. Bill Cates, CSP and President – Referral Coach International and his Prospecting for Introductions Seminar. Everyone commented how much they learned from Bill’s highly entertaining and interactive presentation. Thomas and Associates Sales Counselors are now working hard to qualify for the 2010 Leaders Conference, March 23-27, 2010 in the center of the national stage – Washington, D.C.
